 We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! However, our products are custom made just for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges. We inspect everything that leaves our shop and only send what passes our tests. If you have any issues with your order, please email jbdesignsandcrafting@gmail.com. 

There will be no refunds due to wood grain, knots or other natural imperfections in the wood.
